The majority of the wall cladding was constructed using a twin skin system, comprising of Euroclad outer skin sheets, a bold colour scheme was adopted to blend in with the existing buildings.

The use of horizontal and vertically laid cladding give the buildings a unique look.

A pre-curved Kalzip aluminium standing seam roof was constructed on the LRC Block and a stress skin designed structural deck supported the low pitched Kalzip aluminium standing seam roof to the  Business School Block.

Rainwater is drained into the raking/curved, single ply, membrane lined gutter.

Brise Soliel solar shading was used above glazed areas to reduce solar heat gain.

An extensive Schuco curtain wall and glazing system, manufactured in- house, was incorporated into all elevations.
