The two buildings consisted of a 9000m2 indoor athlectics facility and a 4000m2 indoor tennis centre.
The main roofs were clad with copper green Kalzip standing seam aluminium outer sheets supported by either a Plannja structural deck or a perforated liner sheet with acoustic build-up.
The office accomodation to the Tennis Centre is a Sarnafil mechanically fixed single ply roof membrane, on Kingspan TR26FM insulation supported by a Corus Panels and Profiles steel deck.
The wall cladding consisted of horizontally laid Kingspan microrib composite panels and vertically laid built-up cladding using Kalzip as the outer sheet.
The Tennis Centre incorporated purpose made welded cranked Kalzip sheets which give the building an unusual profile.
