About
The former power station site required extensive works to allow the site to be re-purposed for industrial use as part of a designated Enterprise Zone helping to drive new growth and development, particularly in the science and technology sectors.
Hathaway supported the design, supply and installation of the project to create a flexible warehouse space. Through the clever use of rooflights and glazing, both Unit A and Unit B utilises natural light, which is critical for occupant wellbeing.
